I want to return my order
You have a 30-day right of return.
1. Go to our return portal (You will find the link further down in the text). For this, you must use your order number and the e-mail used for the purchase.
2. On the return portal, you choose which pieces of jewelry you want to return, as well as the reason. (NOTE! Complaints must not be sent back via the return portal). You then buy a return label for 5 EUR. After the purchase, you will be able to collect your return label as a QR code that you simply have to show at the post office. You can also choose to print a label and attach it to the package.
3. When the jewelry is packed, you send the return package to us.
4. Once we have received the package, we will process your return as soon as possible. Often on the day or the day after if we receive it on a weekday. The money is always returned to the card that was used for the purchase.
General information about returns
The jewelry must always be returned in the same condition as when received, in the original jewelry box and without it having been taken in use. We do not return money for purchased used gift boxes and greeting cards. We only exchange items for which an order number can be presented for purchase and the cancellation period has not been exceeded. This also applies if you have received the jewelry as a gift. The order number was sent to the email used at the time of purchase. We do not accept return packages sent for collection at delivery points or parcel shops. The return package must always be sent directly to our address via our return portal. It is not possible to return in our showroom. If you bought your jewelry with a club deal, which triggered a free gift etc., always contact our customer service before sending a return.

I want to exchange for other jewelry
We do not offer exchanges. If you want other jewelry, you must follow the return procedure 'I want to return my order' and get a refund. You can then make a new purchase.
I have a complaint
If you experience errors, deficiencies or other problems with your jewelry or shipping, please contact us immediately. Then we find the best solution as quickly as possible.
The process for complaints is:
1. Send an email to reklamation@grundled.dk
2. Write in the subject field: Complaint + your "order number"
3. Describe the error and attach pictures for documentation
NOTE! It is important that you note your order number so that we can find your exact order. You will find the order number in your order confirmation which you received by e-mail upon purchase. If you have received the jewelry as a gift, you must get hold of the giver, who can provide an e-mail and order number.
I'm not sure if my order has gone through?
If you have placed an order but not received a confirmation by e-mail, the following may have gone wrong:
1. Your order has not gone through.
2. Your order confirmation is in your spam folder.
3. You may have typed your e-mail incorrectly and therefore you do not receive your order confirmation.
We do not receive a notification in the event of one of the above errors, so you will not receive the above e-mails after your purchase, so contact us as soon as possible our customer service and state your name, surname and time of order placed, and we will help find the error.
Where does my package go?
1. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
2. When we have packed your order you will receive a Track & Trace / shipment number by e-mail.
3. When your order can be collected in a parcel shop, has been delivered to your home/business or is ready in our showroom, you will receive an e-mail with collection information.

If you do not receive any of the above emails, it may be because they end up in spam, you have typed your email incorrectly or your order has not gone through. Therefore, contact our customer service by e-mail for further assistance.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2-7 working days. Often the parcels are already there the next day if you order a weekday before 1pm.

How do I pick up my parcel that I bought for local collection?
If you order for local collection, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection. We can usually pack it immediately if you order on weekdays before 14:00.

It is not possible to buy jewelry in our showroom, but you can order online on the way up the stairs and pick up right after if you provide your order number ;) You can read more about our showroom and the opening hours here.

If you need to pick up an order bought online, you can find your way and see opening hours for collection here. Our showroom is only open for picking up orders.
It is therefore not possible to buy jewelry, return or make complaints. You can read more about returns and complaints in our FAQ.
