When do the BLACK WEEK offers start?
Jewelry by Grundled holds BLACK WEEK from Friday 17.11-2023 at 00:01 to and including Monday 27.11-2023 at 23:59. Or while stocks last!
What offers do you have during BLACK WEEK?
During the entire BLACK WEEK you can buy 2 pieces of jewelry and only pay for 1. So you save 50% on all jewelry in the webshop when you buy 2 or more pieces of jewelry. The offer also applies to jewelry sets, regardless of size.
Buy more and get more! If you buy 4 pieces of jewelry, 2 of them will be free. And if you buy 8 pieces of jewelry, 4 of them will be free. And if you buy 20 pieces of jewelry, 10 of them will also be free..., etc., etc., etc. This also applies to jewelry sets.
NB! You must therefore put a minimum of 2 pieces of jewelry in the basket, after which the cheapest one automatically becomes free and stands at DKK 0.00. If you only have 1 piece of jewelry in the basket, you will not automatically receive the free piece of jewelry(s).

<tc>Can I exchange jewelry bought during BLACK WEEK?</tc>
Yes, all jewelry purchased during BLACK WEEK can be exchanged up to and including 5 January 2024. So you can safely give our jewelry as a Christmas present to someone you care about.
NOTE! If you used the 2 for 1 deal during BLACK WEEK and you or the recipient want to exchange the jewelry, the entire order must be returned if you want the money back. You can always exchange individual pieces of jewelry from the order for other pieces of jewelry. Read how to exchange under customer service.
How is your BLACK WEEK deal triggered?
It all happens automatically. When you add 2 or more pieces of jewelry to the cart, the piece with the lowest price becomes FREE. That is that means you must have two pieces of jewelry lying in the basket and it must visually appear that one is free before the deal has gone through.
NOTE! If you only have 1 piece of jewelry in the basket, we will not send an extra one.

Yes, we are ready by phone +45 26 35 88 00 to answer your questions every day during BLACK WEEK from 09:00 to 21:00. You can also send an email to kundeservice@grundled.dk and we will reply as soon as we can. It can often be faster to send an email during this period.
What is the delivery time during BLACK WEEK?
We normally have 2-7 day delivery and deliver with PostNord. During BLACK WEEK, not only PostNord, but all carriers are shut down. So the delivery time from their side can be more than the 2-7 days during this hectic period. I Jewelry by Grundled has called in extra staff so that we can pack and send your packages the same day or the day after your order is placed. Hope you will bear with both us and PostNord. During the entire process, you can follow your shipment via the track and trace number that you receive by email when you place the order. If there are any questions about the above, you should finally just contact us.
